Kartik Purnima (Tripuri Poornima, Tripurari Purnima) is the Full Moon and auspicious day in Kartik month.

Kartik Purnima day is the end of kartik month as per the Vikrami Samvat calender followed in north India. On kartik purnima, some people perform worship of tulsi and vishnu ji.
It is observed on some other days. Prabhodini Ekadasi or on ksheerabdi Dwadashi. Kartik Purnima celebration are associated with the legend of demon tarakasur.
