The film ‘Deewar’ (directed by Yash Chopra) won many awards for the year. The story is all about two impoverished brothers who take up different career paths to survive in Mumbai. ‘Deewar’ is among the few films which established Big B (Bachchan) as the ‘angry young man’ in the Hindi cinema industry.
